The General Manager is responsible for improving efficiency and increasing profits while managing the overall sales and operations of their assigned Direct Distribution location(s). As a Field Service Technician, you will specialize in repairing commercial laundry equipment for our direct distribution team. You will be dispatched from your home to troubleshoot and perform mechanical/electrical repairs on various makes of commercial laundry equipment (washers, dryers, ironers, etc.) at various business environments, such as work out facilities, laundromats, hospitals, motels etc. Building a healthy business relationship with our customers is critical to growing and maintaining our business and your positive attitude and work ethic will be instrumental in our success.
The National Field Service Specialist acts on behalf of Alliance Laundry Systems to provide service guidance and support for customers across North America and will be based out of Ripon, WI. This role is expected to support the current Field Service Management team with addressing service issues and provide service training.
Key responsibilities of the National Field Service Specialist include the support and delivery of hands-on technical training for relevant Alliance products. This will be held during regular, on-site technician and master technician schools facilitated at factory locations and supporting a wide variety of customers, including distributors, route operators, service-only providers, coin store owners, and special accounts.
