The Service Dispatcher is a professional who is involved in the day-to-day operations of their assigned area while following the Alliance Laundry Systems quality standards, policies, and procedures. The Service Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the Service Teams' routes and schedules, as well as, responsible for organizing, and communicating all details related to customer orders for service requests of Commercial Laundry Equipment.      

As a Field Service Technician, you will specialize in repairing commercial laundry equipment for our direct distribution team. You will be dispatched from your home to troubleshoot and perform mechanical/electrical repairs on various makes of commercial laundry equipment (washers, dryers, ironers, etc.) at various business environments, such as work out facilities, laundromats, hospitals, motels etc. Building a healthy business relationship with our customers is critical to growing and maintaining our business and your positive attitude and work ethic will be instrumental in our success.  

Working with our Service team, the Installer primary responsibility is to effectively install, service, and repair commercial laundry equipment to internal and external clients while following the Alliance Laundry Systems quality standards policies and procedures.
