The General Manager is responsible for improving efficiency and increasing profits while managing the overall sales and operations of their assigned Direct Distribution location(s). The GM will oversee several elements in the business, including but not limited to, people operations (staffing, performance management, employee experience, etc.), operating budgets, and selling strategy (launching price promotions, product/profit mix, etc.).
Working with our Service team, the Installer primary responsibility is to effectively install, service, and repair commercial laundry equipment to internal and external clients while following the Alliance Laundry Systems quality standards policies and procedures.
The Administrative Assistant's duties include providing clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office by working collaboratively with management and peers on various tasks and projects while following the Alliance Laundry Systems quality standards, policies, and procedures.
This position will be based onsite at our location in South Richmond Hill, NY.
The National Field Service Specialist acts on behalf of Alliance Laundry Systems to provide service guidance and support for customers across North America and will be based out of Ripon, WI. This role is expected to support the current Field Service Management team with addressing service issues and provide service training.
Key responsibilities of the National Field Service Specialist include the support and delivery of hands-on technical training for relevant Alliance products. This will be held during regular, on-site technician and master technician schools facilitated at factory locations and supporting a wide variety of customers, including distributors, route operators, service-only providers, coin store owners, and special accounts.
